Arrival & Check-In | 7:00 to 8:15 a.m. MT | Student Center

Please plan to check-in at the Student Center between 7:00 and 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.

A drop-off area will be designated in front of check-in. Click here for a Campus Map to see the designated Scholastic Day parking locations.

Upon check-in, you will be provided with event materials, name tags and meal tickets for your students. The materials will be organized by test time, so you can distribute name tags to students with tests at 8:30. Please allow at least 15-20 minutes to check-in and distribute the materials to your students.  

Guides

CSC Eagle Guides are available at the Clock Tower 20 minutes prior to each testing time to escort students to the testing locations. Escorts will depart for the testing location 15 minutes before the test is scheduled to begin. Eagle Guide will also be positioned at various locations on campus to help with general questions or directions.

CSC Tours

All campus buildings and facilities will be open. We hope that students will take advantage of this opportunity to tour our campus.

Student Center

The Student Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is a place for students to unwind in the PIT (Game room), enjoy a Starbucks smoothie and coffee or just enjoy a meal at our Dining Hall or Qdoba.   

Sponsor's Reception Room

All high school sponsors and bus drivers are invited for refreshments in the Student Center from 7 a.m. to noon.

Game Day Campus Store

Game Day is your one stop shop for all of your Chadron State College apparel and gift needs.
