NPAC Rules & Policies
- We encourage a friendly environment; therefore, profanity, vulgar remarks or disrespectful comments may result in expulsion from the facility.
- Proper attire will be worn at all times (shirts, closed-toe shoes, shorts, workout attire, etc.). Shirts are required at all times. Participants not dressed appropriately may be asked to leave.
- Only tennis shoes or soft-soled shoes permitted in fitness and recreation center and on-court floors.
- Pets and other non-working animals are NOT permitted in the building.
- Individuals younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 and older) while in the facilities.
- Volunteer spotters are recommended when using free weights. Weight room Staff will not spot.
- Chalk use is NOT permitted in the Weight room.
- Re-rack all plates and dumbbells when finished. Be considerate by allowing others to work in between your multiple set or repetitions.
- Wipe down equipment after each use. Gym Wipes are provided in the NPAC Weight & Cardio Rooms.
- Do not remove plates or dumbbells from the facilities.
- Individual patrons shall utilize all Recreational Facilities at their own risk.
- No food, drink (except water in closed containers), or chewing gum is allowed in any program areas.
- Threatening, intimidating, or harassing behavior directed toward staff and/or others will result in expulsion, police services notified and criminal charges if warranted.
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol/illegal substances may be asked to leave the facility.
- Weapons are NOT permitted in the NPAC or on the Chadron State College campus.
