I Hate Winter activities planned this weekend
CHADRON – Chadron State College’s I Hate Winter Weekend activities are scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Activities will primarily take place during the weekend’s sporting events and are sponsored by CSC’s Campus Activity Board (CAB).
Friday’s scheduled activities include pajama night at the wrestling match between Chadron State College and Adams State University in the Chicoine Center at 6 p.m. and Free Bowling Night at Hilltop Lanes at 8 p.m. Students and fans are invited to wear pajamas to the wrestling duel where The Nest will be giving away prizes. Gifts and prizes will also be given away at Free Bowling Night.
CSC’s men’s and women’s basketball teams will host South Dakota School of Mines and Technology Saturday with the women’s game beginning at 1 p.m. and the men’s game to follow at 3 p.m. Both games will feature a Beach Day theme where students and fans are invited to wear beach clothing and apparel. Halftime events will be sponsored by The Nest and The Big Event and CSC Cheer will give away prizes.
The Residence Life Association will host a Pie Your Resident Advisor event at 9 p.m. in The Hub Saturday to conclude the weekend.
