CSC hosts virtual History Day

CHADRON – Chadron State College hosted the 15th annual Western District History Day March 5. Fifty-four students participated in the virtual event with a theme of Communication in History. Thirty entries will advance to the state competition, which will also be virtual.

Eleven CSC employees served as judges, in addition to 10 community members. Judging coordinator and CSC Project Coordinator Kate Pope said she was pleased with the variety and quality of entries, and she appreciated the judges taking time to review the students’ projects.
