·Recommendation forms from two CSC faculty, who have instructed the student before.

· A copy of all transcripts/institutional coursework (does not need to be official).

· A copy of all scholarship and financial assistance the student has received for the 2019-20 academic year.

Priority will be based on students' academic merit and/or financial need.
