Frank Warren will share some of his half million shocking, silly and soulful secrets during his Galaxy Series presentation at Chadron State College’s Memorial Hall Auditorium Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m.

Warren is the founder and curator of PostSecret.com, an ongoing community art project which he claims is the world’s most-visited, advertisement-free blog. Forbes has named him the fourth most influential person on the Internet.

During the multimedia program, Warren will feature his collection of over 500,000 personal and decorated postcards mailed anonymously from around the world to his home in Germantown, Maryland.

Audience members will see postcards banned from Warren’s six best-selling PostSecret books, hear inspiring and funny stories behind the secrets and find out some of Warren’s own secrets.

Shellie Johns, coordinator of conferencing, said ticket holders are welcome to meet Warren after the program at the book signing.

He will be selling his new book, "The World of PostSecret,” which was named to both The New York Times and The Washington Post best-seller lists. It was also named to  the “Best Coffee Table Books for 2014″ list by The Associated Press and earned spot on Amazon’s “Best Books List for 2014.”

Postcards seen in Warren’s TED talk range from the hilarious including a Starbucks coffee cup cut into the shape of a postcard with a note that all rude customers receive decaf to the poignant such as messages about abuse, adoption, biological parents and suicide. Warren has raised over $1 million for suicide prevention.

One PostSecret.com fan was inspired to start his own website, “CameraFound.com,” featuring photos on lost memory sticks and camera cards from around the globe in an attempt to reunite photos with their owners.

“We think everyone is really going to enjoy this show. Several people have already told us they have sent postcards to this blog. It’s significant for CSC to host the presenter of a TED talk and Frank seems genuinely interested in coming here,” Johns said.
