CAV meets Saturday to plan 2015 events
Campus Arboretum Volunteers will meet Saturday at the Sandoz High Plains Heritage Center from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The agenda will focus on planning 2015 events. The gathering will also include a celebration to thank Jane Darnell for her work as she prepares to move to Montana for a new position.
Those in attendance are invited to offer ideas on training and demonstration topics to be covered this year such as soil health, best watering practices, pruning tips, encouraging wildlife habitat, setting up bluebird boxes, planting and care of annual and perennial flower beds, etc. The public is welcome.
