Campus Notice: Alleged sexual assault
Jon Hansen, Chadron State College Vice President for Enrollment Management, Marketing and Student Services, has issued a notice to the campus community regarding a reported sexual assault in Kent Hall on the Chadron State College campus Sunday, Dec. 6.
The alleged respondent has been taken into custody by the Chadron Police Department.
While there is no continuing threat to Chadron State College’s campus, students and campus community members should maintain personal security and safety measures. Should circumstances warrant, additional notices will be provided.
Chadron State College, which is following the procedures set forth in Nebraska State College System Board Policy 3020, is cooperating with the Chadron Police Department in its investigation.
Chadron State College reminds students and the campus community to report any suspicious activity immediately.
