U.S. Air Force Heartland Band brass ensemble to perform Sept. 16
A component of the U.S. Air Force Heartland Band, the Offutt Brass, will present a concert Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 7:30 p.m. in the Chadron State College Student Center Ballroom.
The free public performance is co-sponsored by The Chadron Record.
Members of the band bring to the U.S. Air Force many years of professional experience with symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, jazz ensembles, touring shows, and today’s popular artists.
Comprised of brass players, a percussionist, and a vocalist, the Offutt Brass ensemble presents a diverse repertoire featuring classical, patriotic favorites and jazz standards as well as new compositions and arrangements.
