UPDATE - Planned service upgrade
Chief Information Officer Ann Burk said the installation of Chadron State College’s new firewall was progressing well Tuesday afternoon, however, the installation is taking longer than anticipated. Because of unexpected delays, the campus should plan for a possible extension of network interruption into Wednesday.
Burk said the Information Technology staff will be validating access throughout campus Wednesday. When services stabilize, notification will be issued through email and on the campus website.
“I want to thank everyone for their patience as we work on this important project,” Burk said.
