Over 100 prospective Chadron State College students from six states plan to attend the June 12 on-campus registration session. This is a much higher number than typical for past years, according to Lisa Stein, interim director of Admissions.

Over 80 prospective students are signed up for the June 26 registration session and since it will be capped at 100, a fourth session has been added for July 10 due to the demand.

Students who cannot attend any of the on-campus sessions due to time conflicts with work or other committments may elect to have their course schedule created by clicking on the “New to CSC This Fall?” rotating image on the CSC homepage. From there, students should complete and submit the registration form.

Stein said Admissions and START are working closely with academic leadership to provide course sections and accommodate the growth in the incoming class.

“It’s fun and exciting to be part of an event with this many students attending,” Stein said.

Jon Hansen, interim vice president of enrollment maganement and marketing, said, "The record numbers reflect the quality and value of our institution and the hard work of our tremendous enrollment team over the last year."
