Creative Dining Services has announced that Tracy Shuck has been promoted to Resident Operations Director. In this role, Shuck will continue to serve as the head of Chadron State Dining Services and will continue to have his office at CSC.

Shuck will also have oversight of three additional accounts - Chadron Public Schools, Gordon/Rushville Public Schools, and Bridgeport Public Schools.

Shuck has been the Director of CSC Dining Services for 13 years. He and his wife, Shannon, have two children.

He said, “I would like to thank CDS for the opportunity and confidence in me to do the job, my CSC Dining Staff for their hard work and my wife, Shannon, for the years of support to get to this point in my career.  I think it will be a great challenge. The K-12 market segment is ever-changing so it’s going to be good.  For the last couple of years I have been assisting with the K-12s but now CDS has given them to me to lead and I'm grateful for the opportunity.”

In a press release, Nicholas Saccaro, vice president of operations for Creative Dining Services, said, “We are so grateful for the exceptional work Tracy has been doing at CSC and in supporting the Creative Dining organization and other nearby accounts as well.  Tracy's work ethic, strong operational performance, commitment to Chadron State, and representation of our core values of integrity make him a natural fit for his new role.  Quite simply, he has earned this promotion.”
