Professor wins Chess Open
Chadron State College professor Brad Wilburn topped a field of contestants during the annual CSC Chess Open at the Sandoz Center on Saturday, April 16.
The event featured a three-way tie for second place between Ryan Steinher, Daniel Matkasymov and Jim Joule.
Three players also tied for fifth. They are Tom Swiftbird, Mike Sunderland and Michael Mallon.
