History book available for purchase
The new pictorial history of Chadron State College’s first 100 years is on bookshelves and available for purchase.
“Chadron State College: A Century of Service” was completed early this summer and is available for purchase at three locations on campus. They are the Alumni Office in Sparks Hall, the Eagle Pride Bookstore in the Student Center and the gift shop of the Sandoz Center. The books also will be available at Chadron's courthouse lawn Saturday, July 9, during Fur Trade Days.
They also may be purchased by completing and submitting the order form at CSC’s centennial website, csc.edu/centennial.
The book, which was written by longtime CSC director of information Con Marshall, chronicles CSC’s rise from a one-building operation on the outskirts of Chadron to today’s institution that educates students throughout the High Plains and beyond.
