Health Fair set for Jan. 20
The 2011 Wellness for a Lifespan Health Fair is set for Thursday, Jan. 20, 3-7 p.m. at the Chadron State College Student Center.
Shellie Johns, CSC coordinator of conferencing, said 32 businesses and organizations have signed up to offer activities, presentations and informational displays that will offer insights about creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She said others interested in reserving space may contact the CSC Conferencing Office at 308-432-6380.
The fair is open to the public free of charge. Health care providers will be taking sign-ups for private screenings and laboratory testing.
The fair is sponsored by CSC, Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services, and the Chadron Lifespan Wellness Team.
