CSC starting employee wellness program
Chadron State College employees are expected to benefit from a set of new wellness programs that will begin this fall.
In order to get the process started, organizers are asking faculty and staff to participate in a personal health assessment process.
Employees are scheduled to receive an email April 26 that includes a link to the program’s confidential personal health assessment form. Those who complete the form by the May 13 deadline will receive a $25 gift card.
The information people submit will be aggregated by a third-party organization, not the college or insurance provider.
Jay Sutliffe, a member of the CSC faculty who is serving as a program organizer, said the information obtained from the personal health assessments will help determine the institution’s wellness needs as a group, and will serve as a starting point. He noted that the information people submit will be confidential.
More information about the program may be obtained by contacting the CSC Office of Human Resources.
