Small Business Workshop is Saturday
The Nebraska Small Business Development Center at Chadron State College is offering the Small Business Workshop on Saturday, March 27. The event will be 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Student Center.
The workshop will demonstrate how to plan, develop and prepare a strategic marketing plan and discuss the basics of accounting and law for a business. It is designed for small business operators who are looking into starting a business and those who have already opened.
Community business professionals will be present to discuss specific issues with participants. Presenters include to Chadron State College business faculty members Dr. Timothy Donahue and Dr. James Koehn.
Cost is $40 per person, and $20 for additional business partners, CSC employees and students. Attendees will receive workshop materials and lunch. Participants may preregister by contacting the CSC conferencing office at 308-432-6380.
