Adrian Smith, Rebekah Davis coming to campus
Two candidates for Nebraska’s Third District of the U.S. House of Representatives will visit Chadron State College in the coming month.
Republican incumbent Adrian Smith of Gering and Democratic challenger Rebekah Davis of Alliance will greet the public and answer questions the Chicoine Atrium of the Sandoz Center. Smith’s appearance will be Wednesday, Oct. 13, at 10:45 a.m. Davis is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m.
Dr. Robert Knight, the CSC assistant professor who sponsors CSC’s Political Science Club, said the two candidates are expected to talk about the process of running a campaign and key political issues.
