Student Senate president warns about heavy drinking
The president of Chadron State College’s Student Senate, Jacob Zitterkopf of Scottsbluff, has issued a warning to CSC students about the perils of heavy alcohol consumption as the 2009-2010 academic year gets into full swing.
In the letter, Zitterkopf cites statistics and notes that heavy alcohol consumption “puts individuals at risk in being just a sip away for everything ranging from declining academics, date rape and the impairment of neurological development, to serious physical injuries and even death.”
