Vietnam vet tells of war experience
College professor and Vietnam War veteran Gary May of Evansville, Ind., relived his war experiences during a presentation at Chadron State College last week.
May, who lost both legs during an explosion, told the crowd at Memorial Hall that he believes veterans such as himself have an obligation to speak up in matters of war because of their perspective.
