Summer enrollment open for child care center
The Chadron State College Child Development Center Laboratory is accepting enrollment for Summer Camp 2008, the center’s child care program which begins Monday, May 5, and ends Friday, Aug. 1. Families also may enroll for the fall 2008 term that begins on Monday, Aug. 18.
Activities included in Summer Camp 2008 include nature adventures, discovery experiences, swimming, hiking and reading.
Dr. Kim Madsen, director of the CDC, said the center offers families a high quality, active learning and developmentally appropriate inclusive environment that supports the natural growth process as it evolves for the ages and stages of life.
The center is open Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Enrollment is open to all families with children between the ages of 2 and 9. A limited number of children will be accepted.
