Students to perform 'The Shape of Things'

“The Shape of Things,” an edgy play by Neil LaBute, is coming to the Black Box Theatre of Chadron State College’s Memorial Hall. The play will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, through Sunday, Feb. 10. There will be a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The cast of characters includes students Colt Neidhardt of Crawford, Brenda Lanphear of Chadron, Erika DeBoer of Morrill, Jesse Hamer of Box Elder, S.D., and Cody Griebel of Hot Springs, S.D. It is being directed by Scott Cavin, CSC assistant professor of performing arts.

The play is recommended for mature audiences only, and seating for the Black Box is limited to 52. Tickets are available at the CSC Box Office, (308) 432-6360 or boxoffice@csc.edu. They are free for CSC employees and students who reserve them in advance.
