Lewis and Clark series to conclude Tuesday
Gerard Baker, park superintendent of Mount Rushmore National Memorial, will be the final speaker in Chadron State College’s series of presentations about Lewis and Clark. Baker’s presentation, “Lewis and Clark: The Indian Chapter Continues,” will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in room 108 of the Reta King Library.
The presentation is also the last installment of the library's Dorset Graves Lecture Series. The lecture series has been presenting speeches about Lewis and Clark this spring to coincide with the “Lewis and Clark and the Indian Country” exhibit that is on display in the library through this Friday, April 18.
