Jazz faculty members performing at Bean Broker
Chadron State College music faculty members Sandy Schaefer and Charles Carey will perform in a jazz trio format at the Bean Broker on Friday, Nov. 21, at 6 p.m. Schaefer will play vibraphone and Carey will play guitar.
"I really enjoy playing jazz standards in a small group setting, especially when I get to play vibes,” Schaefer said. “Charles is a great guitarist and I'm happy to get a chance to perform with him. I think this will be a good place to listen to some nice quiet jazz."
The third member of the trio is Jerome Vogel, who plays bass.
