Health Professions Day is Wednesday
About 280 high school students from throughout the High Plains region will be at Chadron State College this week to learn about careers in the health professions.
CSC's annual Health Professions Day will be Wednesday, Oct. 1. The event will begin with registration at 8 a.m. and end with campus tours at 2:30 p.m.
The high school students will have the opportunity to listen to 11 presentations three sessions. The presenters will be area health professionals and representatives from CSC and the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
In addition, CSC health professions students will tell about their experiences and answer questions during a panel session.
