Community choir rehearsals begin Jan. 17
The Chadron Community Choir will begin rehearsing Thursday, Jan. 17, for its concert in April. New members are being encouraged to join.
Dr. Una Taylor, a Chadron State College music professor who serves as the choir’s director, said the group will practice each Thursday, excluding March 6, for a total of 11 rehearsals. They will meet from 7-9 p.m. in room 126 of Memorial Hall.
Taylor said the choir will present a collaborative performance with the Alliance Community Choir on Sunday, April 6, in the Chadron Arts Center at 3 p.m. She said the Chadron and Alliance groups will perform both jointly and individually.
