Career Fair is April 2
Representatives from than 40 businesses and agencies will be at Chadron State College to meet with prospective employees next week. The CSC Career Fair will be Wednesday, April 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Student Center.
Deena Kennell, CSC director of internships and career services, said representatives from the agencies will be on campus to meet students and collect resumes for positions they are trying to fill. Kennell suggested that job-seekers bring a copy of their resume and dress appropriately.
Kennell said the fair is open to the public, but that most of the recruiters will be looking for job-seekers who have earned college degrees. She said CSC students can receive help with their resumes by visiting the career services office in room 350 of Crites Hall.
