Summer classes begin May 10

Chadron State College will be offering 33 courses during the first session of summer school that will begin Monday, May 10. Registration for the courses will remain open through that date.

The courses are in numerous subject areas, including biology, business education, economics, education, English, finance, health and physical education, history, humanities, management information systems, math and speech.

A majority of the courses are on the undergraduate level. Registrations are now being accepted for the June and July session, when numerous graduate courses also will be available.

A dozen courses that will be taught “online” are being offered in July.

Several one- and two-week workshops are scheduled throughout the summer. The college also will have an array of individual and team camps for athletes in June.

Besides the on-campus courses, Chadron State will offer numerous courses throughout the summer at its regional centers at Alliance, North Platte, Scottsbluff and Sidney.
