High Rise houses predominately upper-division students. High Rise is in the center of the residence hall complex. High Rise is an eleven-story, co-ed, suite-style residence hall (two rooms joined by a bathroom). Each floor has a lounge area with cable TV. Each room has built-in closets, drawers, sink, mirror, tile floors, and window blinds. Optional furnishing includes a twin bed, desk, and chair.

Laundry facilities are located in the basement, along with a 24-hour workout facility with multiple cardio and guided weight machines. The lobby has a 24-hour computer lab and printing facilities and a late-night convenience store, pool, ping pong, and lounge area.
