Eagle Ridge
Opened in 2014, Eagle Ridge is the newest of the CSC Residence Halls, comprised of three unique buildings on the east side of campus. Eagle Ridge houses predominately upper-division students. Eagle Ridge includes a main and a garden level and is a co-ed, apartment-style residence hall. The garden level of Eagle Ridge features three apartments and a community laundry facility, which does not require coins. The upper level of Eagle Ridge features three apartments, a balcony area, and a community living area. The community living area has a kitchenette, a big-screen cable TV, and lounge chairs.
Each apartment in Eagle Ridge has four private bedrooms, a spacious vanity with a mirror and two sinks, a toilet and shower, and a community living area. Each private bedroom has a bed, dresser, desk, and chair with built-in closet space.
