The recipents shall be a student from Nebraska and shall hold a GPA of at least 3.0.

Paul Hefti was in the banking business during most of his short life. He was associated with the Abbott Banks and for several years was the President of the Bank of Chadron. Prior to his death, he returned to the Guardian State Bank in Alliance, NE. This memorial was established by Mrs. Hefti and his many friends.
