The recipient shall be married and majoring in Business Education or Business Administration.

Lyle Kime attended Chadron State College and later established the Chadron Charter Flight Service. Lyle died in a tragic airplane crash at night while returning to Chadron on a charter flight. The memorial was established by the then Mrs. Lyle Kime.
