Criteria:

Recipients must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA.

For over 35 years, Lloyd and Winona (better known as Tink) Brecht, helped many CSC students. Students recall the cordial couple providing a 'home away from home'. Many of the students were from nearby communities. Others who were extended their special western hospitality were much further away - including Korea, Ethiopia and Croatia.
