Criteria:

Recipient shall be majoring in Business Education, Business Administration, or Secretarial Science. He/She shall have a GPA of at least 3.0. He/She shall be a PBL member in good standing for at least one academic year and must return to CSC the following semester.

Leonard Freimuth was a popular student, who lost his life in an automobile accident shortly after graduating with a degree in business administration in May 1965.
