Criteria:

The individual must be a member of the CSC Rodeo Club one school year. He/she shall have a 2.0 GPA or a C average. The recipient must have made an outstanding contribution to the activities of the CSC Rodeo Club as determined by the club members and faculty advisors.

Mr. Pine was a longtime instructor at CSC. On his retirement, his many friends and former students, including the Chadron State Rodeo Club, established this scholarship in his honor.
