Area of Interest: General

Criteria:

The recipient shall have been active in 4-H during their high school years. First preference shall be a resident of Dawes County. Second preference shall be a resident of the Nebraska Panhandle. If all factors are equal, the candidate with the highest GPA at the end of the fall semester of their high school senior year shall be the recipient.
