Criteria:

Recipients shall have a GPA of at least 2.5 and must be from Dawes, Sheridan, Box Butte, and/or Sioux County.

Everett and Martha Deans were wise beyond their eighth-grade education. They invested wisely and as a result many people benefited from their generosity. They gave to CSC because they didn't have the opportunity to attend college. Everett stated, "We're happy to help young people who can't afford to attend college. If you have an education no one can take it from you. It's a wonderful thing to have."
