Criteria:

The recipient shall be an entering student who has graduated from a high school located in one of the following Nebraska counties: Cheyenne, Garden, Deuel, or Keith. First preference shall be given to a student majoring in Education. Second preference shall be to any student who meets the lives in the following counties listed above. He/she shall have a GPA of at least 3.0. The recipient must be able to demonstrate financial need.
