Housing Insecurity Resources

Housing insecurity is comprised of an array of challenges including the inability to pay rent or utilities, moving frequently, loss of housing, overcrowding, or spending the bulk of household income on housing. In the 2021 #RealCollegeSurvey, led by the Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice at Temple University, it was found that 43% of college students at 4-year institutions were housing insecure. Students who are housing insecure are less likely to complete their degrees and are at a high risk for other basic needs insecurities. Below is a list of programs that can help support students who are housing insecure.
