Note: The website refreshes periodically. To reduce the chance of your application refreshing and inadvertently clearing your data, it is advised to have the following documents on hand prior to starting your application:
- a pdf copy of your personal essay, which should include what you have done to demonstrate your interest in the health professions, particularly related to the area for which you are applying (job shadowing, etc.)
- a pdf copy of a resume that includes:
- work experience
- honors received while in high school
- extracurricular activities
- pdf copy of your high school transcripts
- pdf copy of your ACT scores
- pdf copy of unofficial transcript(s) from dual-credit courses (if applicable)
- contact information for three people who can serve as a reference
The application deadline is December 1.
The following must be included in the application:
- The completed RHOP application, which can be accessed below
- A personal essay
- A pdf copy of your high school transcript
- A pdf unofficial copy of the college transcript from dual-enrollment courses (if applicable)
- A pdf copy of your ACT and/or SAT scores from each attempt printed from their respective website
- Contact information for three people who have agreed to serve as a reference
- Please note letters of recommendation are highly encouraged but not required. Letters must be received by the December 1 deadline
